The Peaks Island Food Pantry is grateful for your support.

February 2016

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who have supported the Peaks Island Food Pantry during the last few months:

Bob Hannigan and his staff at Hannigan's Island Market, who graciously hosted our November "Buy One, Give One" food drive in the Hannigan's store, and who support our voucher program all year long.

Lisa Lynch, Denise Macaronis and all the staff at The Peaks Cafe, who once again collected donations for the Peaks Island Food Pantry at the annual Tree Lighting ceremony.

The Brackett Memorial Church, that houses the Peaks Island Food Pantry and absorbs all overhead costs so that 100% of our donations can go to purchasing food, toiletries and $20 food vouchers.

St. Christopher's parishoners who collect and donate non-perishable food and toiletries every week.

And the many "Peaks Island Food Pantry Angels" who donate food items each week in our collection box at The Douglas McVane Community Center

For people who would like to donate food items, this month we would be especially grateful for donations of tuna fish, mayonnaise, canned beef stew, canned meats and canned soup. We also need shopping bags so food can be transported home.

We're also very excited to be able to accept cash donations online through our PayPal account.
